Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator handles general and confidential correspondence and is required to exercise a high degree of discretion and initiative. The Operations Coordinator supports the Operations Manager and will be called upon to perform many diversified functions including customer service oversight, updating and maintaining reports and answering phones and emails working within established department practices.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares correspondence, reports and other documents from rough draft that vary in complexity.
  2. Works according to specific instructions or established department practices, gathers data and prepares reports.
  3. ?Responsible for the Deployment process which includes: Application Review, On-Boarding, Download of Terminal?or Gateway set-up, Send Welcome Package, Terminal Deployment.
  4. Responsible for reviewing Monthly?Residuals, ACH Rejects, Customer Service Call Escalations, etc.
  5. Investigate and resolve Better Business Bureau complaints / issues.
  6. Maintain and track Terminal inventory.
  7. Determine where Product?Training is required.
  8. Perform Audits.
  9. Prepare Monthly Operations Reports.
  10. Process internal forms and documents.
  11. Review CRM entries to ensure consistency with regards to entry requirements.
  12. Answers department telephones, relaying information to callers based on knowledge of department operations and practices, takes and records messages, or forwards callers to appropriate person within ALIANT.
  13. Performs special projects for department employees directly related to department operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Work requires a 2 year AA Degree in Business or equivalent customer service experience.
  2. Work requires the ability to gather and interpret data in situations where the information is not overly difficult or complex.
  3. Work requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Operations Coordinator must enjoy working in a team environment.
  5. Work is performed according to existing policies and procedures however the representative must be able to set priorities, organize work, and enjoy problem solving.
  6. Must have good computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:

  1. Requires manual dexterity or fine motor skills to perform job functions.
  2. Ability to communicate orally in person and on the telephone.
  3. Must be able to remain at workstation for extended periods of time.
  4. Proof reading and checking documents for accuracy.
  5. Attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment.

Work Environment:

Work may be fast paced at times.? Requires sitting and working at a personal computer.? The corporate offices have relatively few physical discomforts due to dust, dirt, noise and the like.

Sales Executive?

The Sales Executive position is responsible for generating sales with existing clients and developing opportunities with new customers. The Sales Executive is required to exercise a high degree of discretion and initiative to develop and close the ?right? clients for ALIANT. In this role the Sales Executive cultivates leads provided through various inhouse premium lead generation campaigns.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1)?????? Promote ALIANT’s brand culture of providing industry-leading customer service?and represent ALIANT?s commitment to excellence and professionalism.

2)?????? Prospect for new clients and establish partnerships with business owners to generate new business and referrals.

3)?????? Review product needs and determining other opportunities with potential new and existing clients.

4)?????? Liaise with ALIANT?s established referral sources, handling all forwarded leads.

5)?????? Develop required Sales Presentations.

6)?????? Complete the Application and gather all required supporting documents for submission process.

7)?????? Provide product quotes as required.

8)?????? Respond to any merchant and funding inquiries.

9)?????? Enter all required information into CRM.

10)?? Track leads, referral sources, and closed business for reporting to respective partners, in accordance with company defined responsibilities.

11)?? Maintain weekly?sales reports and submit to Senior Sales Executive.

12)?? Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings.

 

?Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1)?????? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.

2)?????? Minimum 2 years business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.

3)?????? One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business).

4)?????? Merchant Services Knowledge.

5)?????? Must present and communicate in a professional manner.

6)?????? A team player whose leadership skills are creative and can inspire co-workers.

7)?????? Excellent verbal?and written communication skills.

8)?????? Must be organized with good time management skills.

9)?????? Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.

10)?? Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

11)?? Experience in developing sales strategies.

12)?? Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

13)?? Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
